Membership in the Association is voluntary and does not commit you to follow any HOA-type of restrictions. It does give you the right to vote at membership meetings and determine the use of the properties.

Your dues are very important!
We provide scholarships, cleanup and maintenance of our properties, and hold many social events each year.

Dues Amounts per member:

$50.00 per calendar year, per adult membership paid by Check or Cash,

$51.54 per calendar year, per adult membership paid by Paypal.

$20 deposit per key for River access if paid by Check or Cash, for members in good standing. You must continue your membership to be in good standing.

$20.60 deposit per key for River access if paid by Paypal, for members in good standing.

Please make arrangements to pick up your key.

You can pay your dues online using PayPal by clicking the button:

In any case, please include a note indicating what the money is for. This is very important if you send a combined amount for membership, key, banner advertising and/or donations.

If you prefer to pay by check, please include your name, the number of members, your email address, make the check payable to BRFCA and mail it to:

PO Box 650055

Sterling VA 20165

Be sure to include the purpose on the check's Memo line.

Remember, keys may not be duplicated or given to non-members, including previous members, residents who have moved away, or who are not in good standing.  If you move out of the subdivision or decide to allow your membership to expire you must return your key for a return of your deposit.

The high security lock and keys are very expensive.  Please help reduce unautorized use and crowding at the river property.  If you know of someone who is using the river property who is not an owner or resident, we ask that you inform the Board so we can contact them to determine their status and retrieve the key if necessary.  This will save the BRFCA money and reduce overcrowding at the boat launch.
